I do not know of a diet that does not incorporate those foods, however I know of 2 cookbooks that I use daily that hide veggies & fruits (along with whole grains) into foods u regularly love.
Take a can of spaghettios for example. You can add sweet potato, carrots, cauliflower, & zucchini to it without even tasting it.(These r pureed) See the resource link. They r by the Sneaky Chef & she wrote the books to hide healthy food into her kids food (even brownies & pudding!!) & her husband. Her website has some free recipes to try out.
For the whole fish thing, I personally hate fish & just take a fish oil supplement a few times a week.
I was able to continue eating normally & still lost weight. Read my story here: http://nataliesweightloss.com
try the Lil Jack workout http://youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezris It heps alot
You really need to start eating right.and yes, that means eating vegetables. It is time u outgrew being picky. If not to help ur weight, than to help u become healthy. You cannot be healthy if u do not eat any vegeatbles & fruit. They have vitamins, antioxidants, & important nutrients ur body needs.
I suggest trying one new vegetable a week. And one fruit too. If u do not hate it, try it again. You may become used to it. If ur mom started u eating these foods as a toddler, u would not be struggling now. So it is time to introduce new foods to ur diet on ur own. There r tons of wonderful fruits & veggies that taste great. You just need to experiment.
AS for the fish, hey..I do not really like it either. You can try shell fish which is sweeter, & less ''fishy'' tasting. And take a fish oil supplement daily.
Forget about 'dieting', that is the worst thing u can do.
Incorporate wholemean/grain/spelt breads or pastas into ur foods, rather than white. White turns to sugar in ur body, & is one of the main factors of being overweight.
Do not eat meals. Just because it is night, it does not mean u have to eat dinner. ONLY eat when you're hungry, & never eat past the first feeling of being full, even if you've got food left over.
Eat nuts, dried fruit, carob(alternative to chocolate) & small things like that for snacks.
Well, u have to eat healthy if u want to lose weight & keep it off. So that includes fruits & vegetables. You say u do not like those but the think is that ur taste buds can change in 20 days. So, if u start out eating something u may not be thrilled about today, u may grow to like it 20 days later. There r many diets out there that involve only eating one kind of food or another. However, think about it. If u only eat one kind of food for months & lose a bunch of weight, what happens when u go back to eating like u did before? The weight comes back. Not to mention that it is not good for you. There is the Atkins diet that involves eating no carbs & only meat & protein. You'd probably like that one. However, again, how long can u completely cut out carbs for? Probably not for the rest of ur life. My advice would be to eat a balanced diet, but cut ur portions in half. Also eat smaller meals more frequently, & exercise. You do not have to spend a lot of money either. Pasta is cheap. And fruits & vegetables do not add up to much more than eating McDonalds & TV dinners on a regular basis.
make some fresh smoothies. you may like the taste if its not just straight fruit.
um.. oatmeal? yogurt.. brown rice, chicken.
i do not really know what else sorry!!
um just exercise more?
fish is probably the best food for you.
